We will be surfing each morning, then doing daily water distribution in the hills to families and surfing again in the evening. After dinner each night we will have church at OCNWTR in Palmarcito. Be praying about how God might use you on this trip. This trip is open to 12 people.
This trip will be led by Dr. Ryan Delamater who will train us during the day and teach us each night. He holds a Doctorate in Public Health with an Emphasis in Water Policy and is a member of the Water Policy Team at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During the day Dr. Delamater will train us how to apply decentralized desalination technologies to marginalized communities. Dr. Delamater has 2 theological degrees - a B.A. in Religious Studies and an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling. He was trained as a Pastor at Saddleback Church and now remains committed to planting small easily reproducible churches in a coastal context.
COST $2300 per person (Includes Airfare, Lodging & Food) Does not cover cost of transporting surf boards or a valid COVID Test needed to travel.
